We, the trained Nurses of the Government of Madras, having solemnly decided to constitute a service association by ourselves to function within the frame work of the rules of recognition issued by the Government of Madras, in G.O. Mis 1160 (Public-General B) Dated 11 . 5. 1948 do hereby adopt and give to ourselves the member of this service Association this constitution this day the 19th April 1960.
